Long term care is designed for those needing a home with full nursing assistance and care. Synergy Care Centre provides round the clock nursing, personal and medical care to people who are unable to manage independently in the community. 24 hours nursing care and close monitoring will be provided by a team of skilled nurses.
The main aim of the long term care is to help residents maintain their current level of functioning. The care given includes personal care, physical and physiotherapy, nursing procedures such as feeding tubes, tracheostomy care, suctioning, oxygen therapy and complex dressing care.
